My professional journey reflects a dynamic blend of expertise in public service and wellbeing support. I began with two years as an operational trainer with the police, building a foundation in structured training and behavioural management. I then dedicated nearly a decade to social care, serving in roles such as a behavior specialist and peripatetic specialist manager, developing deep expertise in behavioral support and flexible leadership across multiple locations. Currently, I've transitioned to the education travel industry as a health and wellbeing business partner, where I apply my diverse background to support the wellbeing needs of our colleagues all over the UK, France and Australia.
With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Development, I bring extensive expertise in physical wellness complemented by specialised training in mental health support. My Level 4 Safeguarding qualification as a Named Professional demonstrates my commitment to protecting vulnerable individuals. I've further developed my skills through specialised training in suicide awareness, perinatal and ongoing parental mental health, and mental health first aid. My PTLLS certification equips me to effectively share knowledge with others, while my Level 7 qualification in life coaching enables me to guide clients through personal and professional transformations using evidence-based approaches.
I thrive on the blend of competition and connection that shapes my active life. The strategic intensity of football matches and the fast-paced challenges of padel tennis satisfy my competitive spirit, while long runs and dedicated gym sessions provide personal milestones to chase. My daily walks with the dogs offer peaceful moments to reset in nature's embrace. Above all, I value those irreplaceable moments with friends and family—whether it's a weekend walk, a meal out with some drinks, or simply sharing stories at home. These experiences don't just fill my calendar; they fuel it.

Discipline is my foundation – incorporating ice baths four times weekly, regular gym sessions, dog walks with my best pals and sports into my routine.
